8/27/13 What are the recent trends concerning international taxation in Belgium? Isabelle Richelle, a Professor of tax law, has co-directed a work dedicated to this rapidly evolving subject. 8/1/13 Written by a team of lawyers from the University of Liège, the book entitled Droit de l'Entreprise approaches the four key concepts of liberalism from a legal perspective: the economic agent, the market, the contract and risk. The paper is not, however, limited to economic law. It looks at these four concepts from an historical and philosophical perspective. 5/10/13 From neighbour disputes to the usufruct of a property and condominium issues, property law affects every citizen at some point in their life. 3/1/13 Is speed synonymous with efficiency? In terms of the judicial system, nothing could be less certain. Two Liège researchers examine the ever increasing acceleration at work in judicial institutions. 2/22/13 For the first time, a reference work which collates the different chronicles of case-law connected to property sales deals with all the private law aspects of these contracts of sale in chronological order.
